What arrives when you contact us
Only the fields you complete on our quote form reach us: who you are, how to reply (telephone and email), the postcode of the property and whatever you choose to say about the patio. We need nothing more than that to answer you, and the website has no user accounts.
Grounds for using your details
You contacted us and asked for something, so dealing with it counts as a step taken at your request ahead of any contract. Replying to people who get in touch is also a legitimate interest of the business, and that is the second ground we rely on.
Storage period
An enquiry is held for up to 24 months counted from our latest contact with you. Once that period ends, it is permanently removed.
Who handles your enquiry
Only our own team and the service providers named on this page see your enquiry, and only so it can be dealt with. Selling, renting or swapping personal data is something we never do.
Embedded form and international transfer
HighLevel, an American company also known as LeadConnector, runs the quote form, which is delivered from api.leadconnectorhq.com. It looks after submitted enquiries for us under a processor agreement. Information may therefore travel to and be held in the US, with the transfer covered by the safeguards HighLevel's processing terms provide.
Data the form keeps on your device
Once the form appears, its provider can see technical details like your IP address and which browser you use. It places a Cloudflare security cookie called __cf_bm, plus local storage items with names starting v2_, v3_ and form_progress_, so it can run, remember where you stopped and attach the page you came from. Everything is listed on our cookies page and can be wiped from your browser whenever you like.
Where the site is hosted
Northallerton Patios runs on Cloudflare, whose systems process routine technical data such as IP addresses so that pages arrive quickly and attacks are blocked. Analytics, advertising tags and tracking cookies are not part of this website.
Stopping automated submissions
Each submission goes through Cloudflare Turnstile, a quiet check that the sender is a person. Fonts and similar files for the form come from the provider's servers. There is no Facebook pixel or any other advertising tag on the form or the site.
Taking it further
We would rather put things right ourselves, so do tell us first. You are also free to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office through ico.org.uk.
