Website rules

Purpose of the website

Northallerton Patios uses northallertonpatios.co.uk to describe the patio work we do and to take quote requests. The business that operates the site is identified in our privacy information.

Agreeing to the rules

These rules apply as soon as you use the website. If you would rather not accept them, please don't use it.

Please don't misuse the site

Use the form for real enquiries only. Sending fake or abusive messages, or trying to disrupt or break into the site, is not allowed.

General information only

Pages on this site describe materials, methods and local considerations in general terms. They are not advice about your own property, and no part of the site is a price or an offer. Planning questions should always be confirmed with the local council.

Asking us for a quote

A quote costs nothing and does not commit you to anything. We may not be able to quote for every job or postcode, and only the quote itself states a price for your work.

Pictures

Any pictures on the website are examples chosen to show styles and materials. They are not photographs of particular jobs.

Websites we link to

Where a page links to another website, for example a council planning page, that site belongs to someone else and we are not responsible for what it contains.

Copyright in this site

We own or license the words, design and pictures used here. Viewing and printing pages for your own use is fine; copying or republishing them needs our permission first.

How far we are responsible

We exclude liability for loss caused by using this website or relying on its information, except where the law does not let us. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Law that applies

The law of England and Wales governs these rules, and its courts deal with any dispute about them.

Updating the rules

We may change these rules; the date shown at the top of the page tells you which version applies.

Questions about the rules

Send any question about these rules to info@northallertonpatios.co.uk.
